  • Measuring Cups


  • 1 cup Seedless Watermelon Chunks Frozen
  • 1 Banana Frozen
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries Fresh or Frozen
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt


  • Freeze watermelon and banana at least 12 hours before using.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute.
  • Serve immediately in glass.
