The Cape May Roast has sweet notes of french vanilla and crème brûlée. The Bethany Beast Roast has infused flavors of blueberries, cream and cobbler. Both coffee roasts are delicious in this Blueberry Coffee Smoothie!
Can I use fresh blueberries instead of frozen blueberries? Yes, you can use fresh blueberries instead of frozen blueberries in this smoothie. I prefer using frozen blueberries because they act as sweet ice cubes in the drink.
Can I make this a protein smoothie? You can absolutely make this a protein smoothie. Simply add in a scoop of your favorite protein powder and blend! Vanilla protein powder is delicious with the blueberries.
