- 1 Unbaked Pie Shell store bought
- 6 Large Eggs
- 1 cup Half & Half
- 3 Bacon Slices Cooked and Chopped
- 1 cup Broccoli Lightly Steamed and Chopped
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a pie pan with baking spray. Place pie shell into pan.
To a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until the eggs are combined.
Stir in broccoli, bacon, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture into pie shell.
Bake for 40 minutes until the center of the quiche is set.
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
