Ingredients

  • 1 Unbaked Pie Shell store bought
  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Half & Half
  • 3 Bacon Slices Cooked and Chopped
  • 1 cup Broccoli Lightly Steamed and Chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Spray a pie pan with baking spray. Place pie shell into pan.
  • To a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until the eggs are combined.
  • Stir in broccoli, bacon, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Pour egg mixture into pie shell.
  • Bake for 40 minutes until the center of the quiche is set.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
