Paper Towel
Large Bowls
Small pot
Rimmed Baking Sheet
Wire Cooling Rack
Parchment Paper
- 2 lb Chicken Wings
- 3 tablespoon Old Bay (divided)
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- ½ cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Cooking Spray
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a wire cooling rack on top of the cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray.
Use a paper towel to remove any excess moisture from the wings. Make sure that wings are completely dry.
Add wings to a large mixing bowl. Toss with flour and 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning. Using your hands, mix the seasoning into the wings.
Place wings onto baking sheet and bake for a total of 35 minutes. Flip wings over after cooking for 20 minutes and put back into the oven. Bake for 15 more minutes until golden brown.
While wings are cooking, make the Honey Old Bay Sauce. Add honey, butter and remaining Old Bay Seasoning to a small pot over medium heat. Stir to combine. Once sauce begins to bubble, turn heat to low and let simmer for 5 minutes.
When wings are done cooking, toss wings with Honey Old Bay Sauce. Place wings back onto the wire cooling rack.
Broil for 2 minutes. Watch closely so that wings do not burn.
Remove from oven. Serve with extra Honey Old Bay Sauce and Ranch dressing.
